What you will do

  • Build change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard.
  • Help develop the Transformational Change capability.
  • Contribute to change workstreams supporting IT program and project managers.
  • Collaborate with peers leading change across other areas of the client’s business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of change management experience.
  • Knowledge of technology-led change and technology adoption.
  • Knowledge of Agile IT project delivery.
  • Understanding of IT management and IT delivery consequences.
  • Knowledge of change management methods, including change strategy and planning, change measurement, risk and quality management, and business acumen.
