Salary: $89,360–$134,040 USD annually. Geographic-specific pay structures may range from $98,320–$147,480 or $102,800–$154,200 USD.

What you will do

• Lead small to medium change management efforts using the enterprise change methodology.
• Assess the impact of changes across people, processes, technology, organization, and culture.
• Develop and implement change, communication, training, sponsorship, and adoption plans.
• Identify resistance, people-related risks, and gaps, then recommend mitigation actions.
• Partner with leaders, sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams to define change scope and impact.
• Measure change success through adoption, utilization, performance, and other indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and the people side of change.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, active listening, root-cause identification, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and project lifecycle phases.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and work effectively in collaborative, matrixed, and ambiguous environments.
