What you will do

• Design and lead multi-phase organizational change management programs for customers implementing or expanding hirify.global.
• Establish governance cadences, adoption baselines, readiness tracking, and reinforcement plans throughout customer engagements.
• Apply persona-based adoption frameworks, conduct training needs analyses, and coach executive sponsors and customer change networks.
• Facilitate discussions across end users, business stakeholders, and C-suite executives while adapting to different levels of adoption readiness.
• Partner with account teams to align engagement scope and identify additional service or platform expansion opportunities.
• Build the Advisory Services practice by creating delivery workbooks, templates, project plans, enablement programs, and future service offerings.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in organizational change management, preferably in enterprise software adoption or digital transformation.
• Completed formal change management certification required, such as Prosci, ACMP/CCMP, APMG International, Kotter, Lean Six Sigma, or a validated university certification or degree.
• Experience with hirify.global or a comparable enterprise document or content management platform required.
• Strong business acumen and experience resolving business process and workflow impediments.
• Experience facilitating change communication, coaching programs, executive-ready plans, and reports.
• Ability to work with AI-assisted delivery workflows and create delivery collateral from a blank page.

Nice to have

• Management consulting experience in strategy, operations, or business transformation.
• Business process redesign and strategic platform application experience.
• Experience with persona-based adoption frameworks, training materials, enablement pathways, mentoring, or informal leadership.
• Commercial instinct for identifying expansion or subscription opportunities during delivery engagements.
