Senior Manager Data (Governance, Quality and Master Data Management)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States; onsite five days per week in the Nashville main office. Relocation is available. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $151,440–$242,304 per year.

What you will do

• Lead a team of Data Specialists covering data governance, master data management, stewardship, quality, design, and modelling.
• Define and execute Cat Financial's data governance strategy, operating model, policies, and standards.
• Lead the Customer 360 customer data mastering process with hirify.global Digital and enterprise stakeholders.
• Drive data quality, metadata management, lineage, matching, survivorship, and master data health across customer, supplier, product, financial, and enterprise domains.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to support analytics, artificial intelligence, operational efficiency, customer experience, and enterprise transformation.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team while advising senior leaders on data priorities, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data management, data analytics, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in enterprise data management, governance, quality, analytics, or information management.
• People leadership experience, including team leadership or work across a matrix organization.
• Experience implementing enterprise MDM solutions and working with customer, supplier, product, and financial master data domains.
• Experience supporting AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and experience in financial services or global enterprise environments.
