What you will do

• Clarify offer, delivery, cost, and order-entry details with sales managers and relevant departments.
• Control order and production progress and coordinate activities across departments.
• Evaluate contract urgency with project management, industry, design, order-line, and manufacturing teams.
• Coordinate spare-parts preparation, technical changes, changes to the delivery scope, and shipping.
• Organize and participate in customer acceptances, including third-party inspections.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the organization while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• Skills developed through formal training or relevant work experience.
• Ability to coordinate order processing across sales, project management, design, and manufacturing functions.
• Ability to ensure compliance with legal export-control regulations.
• Ability to guide and mentor more junior team members.
