Location: Carlisle, Cumbria, United Kingdom; on-site five days per week

What you will do
- Order and receive commercial refrigeration parts and update internal systems accurately.
- Coordinate with customers, engineers, and suppliers on parts availability, lead times, and estimated arrival dates.
- Provide telephone and administrative support, including logging and raising reactive service jobs.
- Organise stock rooms and refrigerant gas storage, maintaining accurate records across stores, the warehouse, and engineers' vans.
- Coordinate engineer van repairs, servicing, and MOTs while keeping engineers and management informed.
- Assist with loading and unloading large deliveries using an FLT; training is provided.
Requirements
- Experience in coordination, parts, stock control, or administration is desirable.
- Strong organisation, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Clear communication skills and a professional telephone manner for working with customers, suppliers, engineers, and colleagues.
- Experience with internal systems for data entry, stock control, or job logging is advantageous.
- Knowledge of safe stock handling, storage practices, data protection, and confidentiality is beneficial.
- Availability to work on-site five days per week in Carlisle, Cumbria is required.
