What you will do

• Supervise distribution centre activities including packing, shipping, receiving, order fulfilment, stock handling, storage, distribution, and inventory.
• Support, coach, manage, and develop Production Operatives.
• Build relationships across functions and engage with employees to maintain an effective working environment.
• Support the onboarding of new employees and manage day-to-day employee relations activities.
• Respond to process and system queries and help resolve issues in a new facility.
• Support high-quality, cost-effective, and efficient service delivery for customers in the electronics industry.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse facility.
• Experience supporting and coaching teams, with the ability to manage teams of different sizes.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, influencing, and customer advocacy skills.
• Analytical and commercially minded approach.
• Experience or knowledge of continuous improvement, lean methodology, or change management.
• Ability to learn quickly, support colleagues, and work collaboratively across teams.
