Vendor Centralization Analyst (Vendor Master Data)

What you will do

• Execute vendor master data collection, creation, review, extension, maintenance, and cleansing activities.
• Manage work queues for vendor requests, tickets, replacements, and related operational tasks.
• Resolve issues and complete assigned activities within defined service-level targets.
• Collaborate with the Master Data team and Source to Pay stakeholders to maintain accurate and compliant vendor records.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reduce cycle time, and prevent operational delays.
• Apply global master data governance, internal controls, ethical standards, and business-specific requirements.

Requirements

• Higher education is preferred.
• Experience in global shared services, shared operations, data maintenance, vendor master data, procurement support, or Source to Pay operations is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Source to Pay processes and vendor master data requirements.
• Ability to work accurately with structured processes, service levels, and high-volume operational queues.
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization, organization, teamwork, and follow-up skills.
• Basic SAP or ERP knowledge, Excel proficiency, and English language skills.
