What you will do

  • Lead Supply Chain Analysts in delivering analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and decision-support tools.
  • Translate supply chain challenges into descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and scenario-based analyses.
  • Drive process optimization through Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, Lean, PDCA, and structured problem solving.
  • Standardize supply chain processes, metrics, operating procedures, and data governance across business units.
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning, workshops, business reviews, and strategic improvement initiatives.
  • Implement analytics capabilities, digital tools, and transformation initiatives that improve scalability and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Work location: Quezon City, Manila, Philippines.
  • Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing Supply Chain Analysts.
  • Ability to develop supply chain analytics, business intelligence solutions, dashboards, and reporting automation.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methods including Lean, PDCA, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and structured problem solving.
  • Ability to influence business leaders, facilitate cross-functional discussions, and communicate recommendations at executive level.
  • Ability to partner with Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and data teams.
