Senior Specialist, Source-to-Contract (Japanese Bilingual)

Location: Taguig, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines; requires up to 5% domestic and international travel

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day Source-to-Contract operations, including sourcing events, negotiations, contract drafting and execution, and stakeholder management.
• Deliver procurement activities against agreed service levels while ensuring policy and legal compliance.
• Mentor and collaborate with Source-to-Contract analysts and partner with category procurement teams, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Security.
• Act as product owner for Source-to-Contract tools and AI features by gathering requirements, prioritizing enhancements, testing, and supporting rollouts.
• Drive improvements in user experience, operational effectiveness, process efficiency, data quality, data lineage, integrations, and privacy and security controls.
• Build strong relationships with business partners and help align sourcing and contracting with category strategy and regulatory needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree.
• 4–6 years of experience in Procurement, Finance, or a related business area.
• Fluency in Japanese, written and oral, is required.
• Strong collaboration, communication, influencing, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability, learning agility, and the ability to identify process and technology improvement opportunities.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, RFx management, spend analysis, compliance, risk management, and vendor collaboration.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Understanding of sourcing, contracting, and Source-to-Settle operations.
• Experience in the shared services industry.
