Supply Chain Analyst (Logistics Spend)

What you will do

• Manage global freight payment queues and resolve invoice, process, and third-party provider issues.
• Coordinate with global logistics teams, local operations, and the Supply Chain Optimization program to improve freight audit and payment processes.
• Support accounting compliance and allocate global freight expenses to the appropriate general ledger codes.
• Develop and maintain logistics metrics, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Identify opportunities for business process automation and present supply chain insights to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, finance, or data analytics.
• Experience with root cause analysis and issue identification.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data reporting tools such as Power BI or Sigma.
• English proficiency is required for communication with the global program management team.
• Strong communication, teamwork, facilitation, and change-management skills across organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Python, or VBA for workflow and business process automation.
• Familiarity with transportation and supply chain concepts and systems.
• Experience with Oracle Transportation Management.
