Regional Supply Chain Planner (SAP)

Location: Hybrid role based in Manila, Philippines (warehouse)

What you will do

• Plan raw material supply, replenishment activities, and inbound deliveries to support manufacturing.
• Ensure material availability while balancing on-time performance, inventory, and working capital objectives.
• Identify supply risks, assess their impact, and lead mitigation, escalation, communication, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with finished goods planning, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, customer service, and commercial teams.
• Optimize inventory by reducing excess, slow-moving, obsolete stock, and write-offs.
• Use data analysis and business judgment to improve planning accuracy, solve problems, and support continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business administration, logistics, operations management, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• At least 3 years of experience in materials planning, production planning, inventory management, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing operations, logistics, or supply chain analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with ERP/MRP systems.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability for business results.
• Availability to work in a hybrid role based in Manila, Philippines.

Nice to have

• SAP or other ERP/MRP planning system experience.
• Experience with inventory optimization, excess stock, slow-moving and obsolete inventory, and write-offs.
• Experience participating in cross-functional supply chain projects.
• Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or operational excellence experience.
