What you will do

• Own the user experience in the local market, ensuring the product feels intuitive and relevant.
• Lead local market development by immersing in the crypto ecosystem and regulatory landscape.
• Build growth channels through partnerships with fintechs, banks, and influencers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, product, compliance, and engineering teams.
• Set up and scale operations, monitoring KPIs to inform iteration and growth decisions.
• Identify risks and escalate opportunities to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years in business development, strategy, operations, or general management.
• Previous experience in crypto, fintech, or technology-driven sectors is highly desirable.
• Ability to work flexibly across time zones and market conditions.
• Willingness to travel to lead on-the-ground efforts and build local relationships.
