Application Production Support Analyst I

What you will do

• Coordinate incident management activities, maintain incident records, provide stakeholder updates, and escalate issues when required.
• Support change management through design reviews, validation of support requirements, and review of planned changes.
• Contribute to problem management by maintaining data quality, analyzing metrics, identifying trends, and supporting remediation.
• Monitor system health, investigate abnormalities, and escalate issues affecting system stability or availability.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis investigations, validate findings, and document workarounds.
• Drive monitoring automation and optimization across supported applications and services.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an oversight or influential role.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field, and/or relevant work experience.
• Experience with production management disciplines and knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, logical thinking, and influencing skills.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, technology, and application development standards.
• Readiness to learn new skills and ability to work under pressure.
