What you will do

• Support end-to-end IT engineering and operational technology for the manufacturing site.
• Help ensure critical IT/OT applications and plant infrastructure remain efficient, resilient, secure, and compliant.
• Contribute to digital technology planning, critical projects, process improvement, and digital operational excellence.
• Support cybersecurity activities covering industrial control systems, networks, endpoints, and applications.
• Assist with threat identification, incident response, self-assessments, and risk mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security awareness and operational performance.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in computer science, computer engineering, data engineering, information systems, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, or graduated within the last 12 months.
• Fluent Polish is required.
• Proficient English is required.
• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Open-minded, fast-learning approach with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and demonstrate achievements in academic or non-academic activities.
