Growth Marketing Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own media planning and the full-funnel paid marketing strategy across performance and demand-creation channels.
• Allocate a multi-million-pound marketing budget using CPA, funnel, and commercial performance data.
• Build independent analyses in Excel and the data warehouse, challenging dashboards and investigating anomalous results.
• Partner with Data, Finance, Product, and Customer Experience to improve measurement and reporting.
• Test and scale acquisition channels while ensuring marketing activity complies with FCA and ASA requirements.
• Lead integrated campaigns, manage agencies, and develop three Performance Marketing Leads.

Requirements

• Significant experience leading growth marketing with ownership of budget and channel strategy.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills, including working with large or messy datasets.
• Deep understanding of CPA, ROAS, conversion, funnel drop-off, and full-funnel performance.
• Experience managing significant paid budgets across paid search, paid social, and offline media.
• Experience influencing Data, Finance, Product, and senior leadership stakeholders.
• Experience managing and coaching a small team, preferably in insurance, financial services, or another regulated consumer sector.

Nice to have

• Experience building or specifying dashboards or data models using SQL, Looker, or similar tools.
• Practical experience using AI tools or models to accelerate analysis, testing, or marketing processes.
