What you will do
- Execute characterization and validation tests for engineering changes, firmware, code, and product qualification.
- Monitor running tests, capture meaningful observations, and identify abnormal behavior or interruptions.
- Analyze test results, perform failure analysis, and provide engineering recommendations.
- Highlight anomalies and escalate potential quality concerns.
- Support factory and customer issue investigations and root-cause analysis with guidance from senior staff.
- Maintain test scripts and methodologies and develop tools to improve testing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
- Fresh graduate or no more than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Basic analytical, troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and execution skills.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to follow test methodologies, checklists, and quality standards.
Nice to have
- Basic programming knowledge in Python, C, C++, or scripting.
- Familiarity with a Linux environment.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, MATLAB, or Power BI.
- Interest in automation or AI-assisted engineering tools.
