MEMS Product Engineer

What you will do

• Lead or provide expertise to functional project teams and internal and outsourced manufacturing partners across the product lifecycle.
• Support solution design, capacity modeling, validation, tooling, manufacturing, and end-of-life activities.
• Review product designs and project activities for compliance with manufacturing guidelines and standards.
• Identify manufacturing process and output defects, determine resolutions, and track performance metrics.
• Improve product quality, mitigate product-failure risks, and integrate new technologies into manufacturing projects.
• Provide manufacturing engineering leadership, cross-organizational guidance, and mentoring to less-experienced staff.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in engineering design, solutions, or a related field.
• Knowledge of manufacturing engineering, manufacturing processes, mechanical or electrical engineering, and systems engineering.
• Experience with process improvement, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, data analysis, project management, and tooling.
• Ability to lead complex projects, evaluate multiple factors, communicate effectively, and provide technical guidance.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma certification.
• APICS certification.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, automation, Python, software development, and supply chain.
