Manager 5, Strategic Sourcing

What you will do

• Develop and maintain global commodity strategies and sourcing roadmaps.
• Lead supplier selection, RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, and negotiations for long-term agreements.
• Manage supplier segmentation, quarterly business reviews, and corrective action plans.
• Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and productivity targets.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to capacity, supply continuity, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and R&D on supplier-enabled innovation and design-to-cost initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management.
• Experience with supplier negotiations and global sourcing strategies.
• Strategic sourcing, category management, advanced negotiation, contracting, market intelligence, cost modeling, and analytics skills.
• Executive-level supplier relationship management, cross-functional leadership, and strong financial acumen.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• CPSM, CIPS, or an equivalent certification.
• Global, multi-site procurement experience.
