TL;DR
Buyer (B3) (Procurement/Manufacturing): Purchasing materials, supplies, machinery, and services for semiconductor manufacturing facilities with an accent on supply continuity, supplier coordination, and cost-effective procurement. Focus on resolving supply issues, managing inventory and purchasing projects, and improving procurement processes.
Location: Singapore, SGP. Travel required up to 10% of the time.

What you will do
- Ensure supply continuity for manufacturing by managing supplier pull-ins and push-outs against MRP demand.
- Lead cross-functional resolution of supply issues with engineering, manufacturing, program management, and supplier account management.
- Execute purchasing activities at the lowest cost while considering quality, source reliability, and urgency.
- Lead inventory and E&Z reduction initiatives.
- Manage assigned purchasing projects, including cost, schedule, and scope.
- Improve purchasing processes and train colleagues on department purchasing activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to manage complex and sensitive information with supplier leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organization, strategic planning, and supplier coordination skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of industry best practices, business drivers, and marketplace competition.
- Leadership experience in small projects and consensus building.
