Logistics Specialist (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Process orders accurately and on time while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Arrange logistics for domestic deliveries and international shipments according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate with service providers to secure freight space and with the warehouse team to prepare orders for collection.
• Prepare complete shipping documentation for domestic and international deliveries.
• Monitor shipments through uplift and delivery, resolving issues through final customer delivery.
• Support additional warehouse and logistics activities as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in logistics, order processing, international shipments, or domestic deliveries.
• Experience preparing shipping documents and a solid understanding of logistics operations.
• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple tasks under pressure, work with minimal supervision, and comply with company policies, ISO 13485, and other regulatory requirements.
