Defective Operations and Cost Optimization Manager (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end local RMA and defective return operations, including inventory, repair aging, recovery performance, and process compliance.
• Act as the primary escalation point for local RMA issues across internal teams, external partners, and the RMA Control Tower.
• Represent operational performance, risks, and improvement plans in governance, Control Tower, and business review forums.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Market, Defective Operation, repair, Finance, and other stakeholder teams to resolve process gaps and maintain service levels.
• Analyze operational performance, costs, recovery results, and waste reduction opportunities using data.
• Lead operational reviews, track actions to closure, and improve RMA processes to meet business and country requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, including RMA management.
• Experience with end-to-end supply chain processes, warehouse operations, defective computer parts, warranty processing, and recovery management.
• Experience managing vendors and partners, including performance monitoring, cost control, and escalation management.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, reporting, presentation, collaboration, and project management skills; PMP certification is preferred.
