Talent Acquisition Specialist (Experienced, Recruiter)

Location: Shanghai, China. Office-based role with occasional work from home available for eligible positions after training.

What you will do

• Create accurate job advertisements and develop sourcing strategies for multiple departments across APAC.
• Source, screen, interview, and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment expectations.
• Manage requisitions in applicant tracking and HR information systems, coordinate offers, and support onboarding and orientation.
• Organize career fairs and recruitment events while developing relationships with universities, agencies, and other talent sources.
• Provide interview guidance to hiring managers, research market trends, and contribute to employer branding and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–5 years of recruitment experience; healthcare or CRO experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR information systems.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to improve hiring strategies.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about recruitment.
