Talent Acquisition Specialist (6-Month Contract)

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized contract and permanent roles across regional and global teams.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Web3 networks, technology communities, and direct headhunting.
• Partner with HR business partners, hiring managers, and business leads on talent mapping, market insights, and interview guidance.
• Provide an engaging candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the applicant tracking system and support talent acquisition projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of agency or in-house recruiting experience, preferably in technology, gaming, Web3, fintech, or high-growth environments.
• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Ability to adapt to an agile, fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Genuine interest in Web3, NFTs, gaming, and decentralized technology.

Nice to have

• Cantonese or Mandarin language skills.
