Sr. IT Data Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Base pay: €74,400–€110,600 per year

What you will do

• Deliver weekly and monthly management dashboards, operational updates, and ad-hoc reporting.
• Track business initiatives, milestones, dependencies, risks, deliverables, and project plans.
• Coordinate recurring business reviews, OKR reviews, and project check-ins, including agendas, pre-reads, minutes, decisions, and action logs.
• Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations, charts, concise summaries, and leadership communications.
• Support the business head with prioritization, deadline management, offsites, quarterly planning, and cross-team coordination.
• Partner with quantitative modeling, analytics, front-office, and Technology teams supporting valuation and downstream risk-reporting systems.

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation in quantitative modeling and analytics.
• Experience with management reporting, project coordination, meeting management, and executive presentation support.
• Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, data-integrity, and version-control skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear narratives and decision-ready outputs.
• Comfort partnering with senior stakeholders and coordinating across teams.
• Ability to work in Dublin, Ireland.
