Deal Desk Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Structure, quote, and close custom GPU compute contracts with senior Account Executives.
• Build multi-scenario deal models using cost, margin, capacity, power cost, and utilisation inputs.
• Prepare ROI and TCO comparisons for customer AI workloads.
• Advise Sales on commercial terms, utilisation, commitment levels, contracting levers, and deal exceptions.
• Manage complex deal triage and coordinate approvals across Legal, Finance, Corporate Development, and Capacity Planning.
• Improve deal operations by creating calculators, templates, and repeatable workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Finance, or commercial structuring within B2B technology.
• Experience focused on cloud, infrastructure, or hardware.
• Strong financial modelling skills and the ability to work with capacity, margin, power cost, and utilisation data.
• Sound judgement when protecting commercial frameworks while maintaining strong relationships with Account Executives.
• Process-oriented approach focused on creating repeatable deal structures.
• Ability to manage several large deals simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
