Senior Consultant, Business Management (Transfer Agency and AML) (Financial Planning/Workforce Management): Supporting financial planning, workforce capacity management, reporting, and operational performance for Transfer Agency and AML with an accent on resource planning, expense management, and data-driven decision-making. Focus on developing management reporting, translating complex data into recommendations, and improving reporting through automation and AI.
Location: Limerick, Ireland. Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland for the duration of employment.

What you will do
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and business cases for Transfer Agency and AML.
- Lead headcount, workforce, capacity, and resource planning across the AML team.
- Manage reporting on financial performance, FTEs, capacity, recruitment, productivity, and efficiency.
- Develop dashboards and management information for regional and senior leadership decisions.
- Partner with Finance, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Operations, and Business Management teams.
- Drive operating-model objectives, continuous improvement, automation, and appropriate use of AI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business management, financial services, operations, or finance.
- Experience in financial planning, workforce management, capacity planning, and management reporting.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of Transfer Agency and AML operations and regulated financial services.
- Right to work in Ireland is required; employment permit sponsorship is not available.

- Transfer Agency or AML experience.
- A degree in mathematics, analytics, economics, finance, or accounting.
- Experience leading teams, workstreams, or cross-functional initiatives.
