EMEA CapEx & Inventory Manager, Orthopaedics

Location: Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland, or Zug, Switzerland; up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required.

Base pay: €70’100.00–€121’210.00 annually, plus an annual bonus or sales commissions depending on location and role conditions.

What you will do

• Partner with commercial and supply chain stakeholders to manage CapEx, inventory, and E&O in line with the EMEA business strategy.
• Lead planning for CapEx, inventory, and E&O with global, sourcing, regional, and local teams.
• Translate regional targets into executable market plans and track mitigation actions.
• Review results and working capital performance with regional, global, franchise, and market partners.
• Contribute to cost and cash flow optimization initiatives.
• Build analytical frameworks that provide return-on-investment insights for working capital investments and support business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in financial business partnering, value creation, process improvement, and financial decision-making.
• Knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and US GAAP financial procedures.
• Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Alteryx.
• Understanding of CapEx and inventory processes, compliance, and working capital performance.
• English proficiency is required.

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience with artificial intelligence concepts and frameworks, responsible and ethical AI practices, and effective prompting.
