TL;DR
Data Analyst (SQL/Tableau): Producing commercial reporting and analysing Sales, Marketing and Finance performance with an accent on KPI development, dashboarding, budgeting and forecasting. Focus on validating data across multiple systems, identifying trends and risks, and presenting actionable findings to stakeholders.

What you will do
- Support the creation and maintenance of Sales, Marketing, and company performance KPIs.
- Produce recurring reports covering revenue, sales activity, marketing performance, customer behaviour, and other commercial metrics.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau.
- Use SQL Server and Excel to extract, analyse, and validate data from multiple systems.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, including analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior-year results.
- Analyse campaign, pipeline, conversion, and return-on-investment performance with Sales and Marketing teams, while improving reporting quality and documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in data, reporting, finance, commercial, or business analysis; graduate experience, placements, and relevant projects are welcome.
- Good Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills, ideally with SQL Server.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or another reporting and visualisation tool.
- Strong numerical reasoning, attention to detail, communication skills, and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Organised, proactive, and motivated to learn.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system.
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, or finance reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Python, VBA, AI tools, or reporting automation.
- Experience with customer, digital, ecommerce, or subscription data.
