Data Analyst

What you will do

• Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources.
• Maintain data quality, accuracy, and consistency across business data.
• Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports.
• Work with Information Systems and cross-functional stakeholders to define data requirements and answer business questions.
• Identify trends and patterns, generate actionable insights, and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support data-driven initiatives and contribute to implementing data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in mathematics, statistics, computer science, software engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and at least one analytical programming language such as Python or R.
• Understanding of data modelling and statistical analysis.
• Experience creating dashboards and visualisations with Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Experience in the education technology sector.
• Familiarity with Confluence or a similar documentation platform.
• Experience using AI tools to improve analysis, reporting, or workflow efficiency.
