What you will do

• Support the end-to-end setup of new brand systems and maintain system structures across departments.
• Manage product exclusions in the hirify.global Product System and conduct weekly checks for the GB website.
• Coordinate requests and issues in Asana, ensuring clear ownership and timely resolution.
• Support price promotion setup for multiple partners and provide guidance on relevant internal systems.
• Develop and maintain SQL and Databricks datasets, Power BI reports, and SQL Server Reporting Services reports.
• Communicate process updates and key deadlines while identifying opportunities to improve operational processes.

Requirements

• Proactive, analytical, and confident in constructively challenging existing processes.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, prioritisation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and basic SQL querying.
• Exposure to Power BI or other data visualisation and reporting tools.
• Comfort using Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; SSRS experience is beneficial.
