TL;DR
Customer Data Services Specialist (Excel/Data Transformation): Cleaning, transforming, and uploading customer business data into the Watershed platform with an accent on data accuracy, traceability, and customer guidance. Focus on assessing data-cleaning approaches, documenting decisions for third-party verification, and translating customer feedback into service and software improvements.
Location: London, United Kingdom; in-person work required 4 days per week

What you will do
- Clean and transform customer business data into templates.
- Review and upload data to help customers measure, report, and act on environmental impacts.
- Work directly with customers to understand raw data and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Apply data-cleaning best practices and document decisions for traceability during third-party verifications.
- Synthesize customer feedback to improve services and software.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Expert Excel skills for data cleaning and transformation.
- Systematic, thorough, and detail-oriented approach to producing accurate outputs.
- Ability to translate abstract problems into concrete data frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including communication with non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to work from the London office 4 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL or Python.
- Customer empathy and interest in helping customers achieve their outcomes.
