What you will do

• Analyze demand, supply, inventory, backlog, and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support forecasting, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and monthly and quarterly planning activities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics for operational visibility and business decisions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
• Support new product introduction, production ramp, and supply chain execution activities.
• Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Operations Research, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas, PivotTables, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot for coursework, projects, or work.
• Eligibility to access technology and software subject to U.S. export control laws; an export license review may be required before employment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, SQL, R, or similar programming and analytical tools.
• Familiarity with Power BI and other data visualization or business intelligence tools.
• Experience working with large datasets and transforming data into actionable insights.
• Understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory, S&OP, forecasting, statistical modeling, automation, or machine learning.
• Interest in semiconductor manufacturing, operations, and supply chain management.
