Market Planning Intern (Supply Chain)

Global beauty company operating a portfolio of fragrance, skincare, colour cosmetics, and body care brands.

What you will do

• Support market planners with omni-channel supply chain activities across Southeast Asia.
• Prepare and review inventory management reports for Free Standing Stores.
• Maintain initiative-offering trackers for prestige brands.
• Analyze new product launch performance and communicate supply risks.
• Manage consignment inventory for an e-commerce enabler and consolidate monthly e-retailer sell-out data.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student available for a full-time internship in Singapore, ideally for six months.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook or a related email tool.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, resilient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, confidentiality, ownership, and follow-through.
• Cross-cultural awareness, emotional intelligence, and interest in consumer goods, makeup, and beauty products.

Nice to have

• VBA knowledge.
