Order Fulfilment Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Singapore; on-site role

What you will do

• Manage customer and third-party sales orders from entry and confirmation through delivery.
• Process order changes, cancellations, returns, replacements, pricing data, and open sales orders in SAP.
• Coordinate fulfilment with production, planning, purchasing, inventory, finance, and logistics teams.
• Monitor delivery dates, past-due orders, on-time delivery, revenue fulfilment, production capacity, and finished-goods inventory.
• Prepare recurring operational reports and support daily management, Gemba meetings, Kaizen events, quality, and environmental health and safety activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in order management, customer service, supply chain, or logistics.
• Working knowledge of an enterprise resource planning system such as SAP for sales-order processing and data maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analyzing fulfilment data and tracking performance metrics.
• Fluent written and spoken English required for communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint for business reporting and presentations.
• Experience with Power BI or a comparable data-visualization tool.
