What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of multiple large, multidisciplinary electrical power projects from proposal conception through commissioning and closeout.
• Track and stabilize projects while managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
• Train and assist customers with the design, configuration, validation, installation, commissioning, and operation of automation and protection systems.
• Prepare and present proposals for SEL equipment, services, and systems.
• Identify solutions to project obstacles, anticipate customer needs, and coordinate related SEL products and engineering resources.
• Mentor and develop professional staff and supervise as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant application experience with electric power systems, industry practices, and proposal practices.
• Proven project management experience, particularly in electrical power projects.
• Knowledge of electrical power systems, equipment, and industry standards.
• Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
