Design Office Manager (Formwork/Scaffolding)

What you will do

• Manage and organize the complete formwork and scaffolding design process for the design office.
• Review and approve designs for standard, complex, and special applications.
• Provide technical consultation to clients and the Sales Department through meetings, calls, email, and site services.
• Monitor project progress, resource planning, quality, and technical accuracy.
• Lead technical negotiations and communicate hirify.global engineering strategies to the design team.
• Assess, train, mentor, and develop design engineers, engineering designers, and draughtsmen.

Requirements

• Degree or National Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years of formwork or scaffolding exhirify.globalence and exhirify.globalence leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of hirify.globalCAD/CAD and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Professional registration or demonstrable progress toward PrEng, PrTEch, or PrTechni registration.
• Draughting or construction exhirify.globalence, strong organizational and communication skills, and a valid driving license.
• Fluent English required for speaking, reading, and writing.
