Senior IT Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Kentucky, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required for training or meetings.

Salary: $104,000–$143,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead complex IT system projects and programs from planning through delivery.
• Assemble and coordinate project teams, allocate resources, and develop schedules.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, executive-level visibility, risks, issues, and project dependencies.
• Oversee concurrent technical initiatives and interrelated projects to deliver long-term business value.
• Support technical product selection, solution design, implementation, and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of IT project management experience.
• At least 3 years delivering concurrent complex technical initiatives end to end.
• At least 1 year of experience with technical product selection, design, and IT solution implementation, preferably in healthcare, finance, or another regulated industry.
• At least 3 years of SDLC project management experience and excellent executive-level communication skills.
• Must be able to work remotely from Kentucky and maintain a dedicated workspace with internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• Experience with data warehouses, decision support, and reporting systems.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira Align, executive information systems, and statistical software.
• Knowledge of development languages, tools, and utilities.
• Six Sigma or Project Management Institute certification and experience in the health solutions industry.
