Service Delivery Manager

Location: Johor Bahru, Malaysia; travel across APAC may be required

What you will do

• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout build, fit-out, go-live, and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate internal teams to meet Early Access, Ready for Service, contractual, compliance, and quality requirements.
• Manage customer fit-out projects, including design reviews, programmes, risk analysis, procurement, budgets, and reporting.
• Coordinate customer deliveries and installations of racks, servers, network equipment, and related infrastructure.
• Support customer audits, inspections, operational reporting, incidents, escalations, meetings, and events.
• Work with development, cost, facilities, sales, customers, vendors, contractors, and suppliers to resolve requirements and deliver projects.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of overall experience, including 2 or more years in project management or service delivery management within a critical operating environment.
• Strong communication, customer service, time management, organizational, reporting, and data synthesis skills.
• Understanding of commercial and electrical/mechanical technical concepts.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Visio, MS Project, and Bluebeam.
• Willingness to travel across APAC when required.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience delivering data centre infrastructure fit-outs.
