What you will do
- Lead procurement PMO governance across BOM materials, equipment and spare parts, and indirect materials and services.
- Track procurement milestones, supplier commitments, delivery schedules, factory readiness, risks, actions, and escalations.
- Coordinate sourcing teams, commodity managers, suppliers, operations, manufacturing, engineering, planning, warehouse, and supply chain functions.
- Drive supplier recovery plans, supply continuity, KPI compliance, and mitigation of shortages or critical delays.
- Lead readiness reviews for factory ramp activities and align procurement execution with production targets and customer commitments.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, dashboards, operational reviews, and executive updates supporting management decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, EMS manufacturing, procurement PMO, supply chain program management, factory ramp, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor backend manufacturing and high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Experience managing multiple procurement commodities, supplier networks, production readiness, and supply continuity.
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or Ariba, plus strong project management, reporting, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, problem-solving, escalation management, and cross-functional coordination abilities.

- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or electronics manufacturing services.
- Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing operations.
