Director, Client Consulting - Technology

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Shape and lead large, complex technology transformation engagements for hirify.global clients.
• Program-manage delivery teams implementing hirify.global products, platforms, payment capabilities, and digital solutions.
• Lead projects involving debit, credit, prepaid, and commercial money movement products within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, UI/UX, architecture, and external vendor stakeholders.
• Manage requirements, testing, defect resolution, client sign-off, product enablement, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
• Identify adoption barriers and promote generative AI use cases that improve delivery efficiency and business impact.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of consulting experience leading large-scale, complex programs and an advanced degree such as a Master’s, MBA, or MD.
• Expertise in hirify.global or Mastercard payment products, preferably including financial and payment system implementations.
• Experience with cross-functional product delivery, SDLC processes, Agile and Scrum delivery models, testing, training, and support.
• Ability to analyze data, manage multiple workstreams, control risks and dependencies, and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with AI use cases in financial services and the ability to translate opportunities into AI requirements.
• Knowledge of web technologies, cloud environments, secure payment protocols, APIs, web services, microservices, and containerization.

• Project management certification such as PMP or Scrum Agile certification.
