Quality Lead (Construction)

Location: Taichung City, Taiwan; onsite

What you will do

• Lead project quality delivery for a data centre development project.
• Provide visible onsite leadership, assess progress, and promote safe work practices.
• Coordinate snagging activities with the client, consultants, contractors, and project partners.
• Identify quality issues, support effective resolution, and communicate project impacts.
• Implement, monitor, and improve project procedures and quality processes.
• Lead and attend project meetings while coordinating cross-group collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, or demonstrated experience on large-scale international construction projects.
• Experience in MEP construction, construction quality management, commissioning, and quality control testing.
• Experience in data centre or industrial construction environments is relevant to the role.
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft 360 Suite, BIM, Bluebeam, and other construction software.
• Ability to analyse complex data, identify trends, audit contractor certifications, and ensure compliance with governing standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
