QC Technician (Chemical Laboratory)

What you will do

• Operate analytical equipment and perform ACST quality-control laboratory operations.
• Conduct standard, troubleshooting, and trial tests using IC, GC, HPLC, LC-TOF, and ICP-MS.
• Provide reliable and timely test results to production and QC engineers.
• Establish and improve laboratory documents and SOPs for customer audits and requirements.
• Maintain equipment calibration, spare parts, chemicals, and samples.
• Manage laboratory waste collection, storage, and removal while maintaining housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Education in polymer chemistry, chemical engineering, or chemistry.
• Ability to work shifts.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
• At least 2 years of laboratory work experience.
• English communication skills are required for the role.

Nice to have

• Experience operating GC, IC, HPLC, and ICP-MS equipment.
• Technical support, design of experiments, or industrial work experience.
• Strong learning attitude and ownership.
