Lab Supervisor (Advanced Electronics)

Location: Zhunan, Taiwan; travel may be required within Asia and the US.

What you will do

• Coordinate polishing shift activities across multiple functional teams.
• Organize weekly polishing shift schedules and annual employee work schedules.
• Coordinate staffing arrangements for weekly polishing operations.
• Estimate wafer demand, order wafers, inspect incoming wafer quality, and update inventory in the LIMS system.
• Communicate with wafer suppliers about customized requests and quality issues.
• Prepare monthly reports on shift utilization and wafer consumption, presenting performance data and insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or science is preferred.
• Strong diligence, attention to detail, discipline, and execution.
• Positive attitude and ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Good written and spoken English required for regular communication.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of experiment design and JMP data analysis.
