TL;DR

Project Engineer (HVAC): Supervising HVAC construction at customer sites in Taipei with an accent on construction progress, quality, safety, equipment installation, and contractor coordination. Focus on reviewing construction plans, coordinating commissioning and acceptance inspections, resolving site issues, and managing project documentation.

Location: Taipei, Taipei City, Taiwan; field-based work at customer locations

What you will do

Supervise HVAC construction activities at customer sites, including equipment installation and compliance with design drawings.
Control construction schedules, quality, and site safety.
Coordinate work across multiple trades and manage subcontractors.
Review construction drawings and construction plans.
Support commissioning, troubleshoot site issues, and coordinate engineering inspections and acceptance activities.
Prepare daily construction logs, progress reports, payment documentation, and variation order documents; coordinate with owners, consultants, and general contractors.

Requirements

Ability to work on-site at customer locations in Taipei.
Experience or capability in HVAC construction supervision and equipment installation.
Ability to coordinate subcontractors, multiple trades, owners, consultants, and general contractors.
Ability to review construction drawings and plans and verify field execution against design requirements.
