Senior Associate (Talent Acquisition)

Location: Los Angeles, California

Base salary: $105,000–$125,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, candidate profiles, interview plans, and search timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, internal mobility, research tools, job boards, and external search firms.
• Manage full-cycle searches from intake through offer, onboarding, references, and pre-employment steps.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, assess candidates, and maintain a respectful and transparent candidate experience.
• Lead offer discussions, address candidate questions, and manage negotiations.
• Use Workday, recruiting data, and stakeholder feedback to improve processes and hiring decisions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a corporate recruiting or executive search environment.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and sound judgment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to advise hiring managers and represent the organization professionally.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, AI, and recruiting technology; Workday experience is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required, with discretion in handling confidential information and a commitment to fair recruiting practices.
