Senior Recruiting Director

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; based in the local market with regular office-based collaboration, local networking, and client or market events.

Salary: $138,000–$173,000 per year, plus incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and execute talent strategies aligned with client demand, workforce trends, workforce capability, and business growth.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Finance, Accounting, and Technology roles, from sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build external talent pipelines and networks while recommending internal redeployment, internal talent engagement, or external acquisition solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Talent, and Consulting to match consultant skills, availability, and career goals with client opportunities.
• Support consultant engagement, development, retention, and redeployment across the full talent lifecycle.
• Monitor pipeline health, deployment activity, retention trends, and workforce gaps while improving processes through technology and data.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience in staffing, consulting, or professional services.
• Experience recruiting Finance, Accounting, or Technology professionals.
• Expertise in sourcing, talent assessment, workforce planning, consultant engagement, deployment, and retention.
• Experience building talent networks and pipelines across multiple skills, industries, or markets.
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and hireEZ.
• Must be based in the local Houston market and able to regularly participate in office-based collaboration and local client or market events.
