What you will do

• Partner with sales and client portfolio managers to identify growth opportunities across the UK, Netherlands, and Nordics.
• Translate business priorities into actionable marketing plans with defined audiences, timelines, activities, and measurable outcomes.
• Design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that support client acquisition, retention, cross-selling, engagement, and pipeline growth.
• Own and optimize end-to-end client journeys, digital engagement programs, and marketing funnel conversion.
• Plan and deliver client events, conferences, and trade-fair participation in partnership with sales and other stakeholders.
• Set KPIs, analyze CRM and marketing automation data, and turn client insights into commercial recommendations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, client engagement, or commercial marketing.
• Strong understanding of financial services, asset management, or wealth management.
• Proven ability to link marketing investment to pipeline growth and business outcomes.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, campaign analytics, and performance measurement, including M365, Salesforce, MC Cloud, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Strong commercial judgment, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Native-level English is required. Knowledge of Dutch is advantageous.
