Supply Chain Professionals (Semiconductor)

Location: Linkou, Taiwan; onsite work in a rolling 24/7 shift system

What you will do

• Handle urgent material requests from worldwide customers for spare parts and tools.
• Monitor worldwide shipments and ensure material is delivered in the right quantity and on time.
• Meet communication and execution milestones in a rolling 24/7 shift system.
• Resolve complex issues, support escalations, and prepare communication proposals.
• Drive improvements that optimize supply chain and logistics processes.
• Communicate constructively with stakeholders across hirify.global departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Science, Engineering, or a related subject preferred.
• At least one year of relevant experience in an international company; semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent professional English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP R/3 knowledge preferred.
• Analytical thinking, prioritization, organization, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage change, collaborate effectively, and drive issues through to resolution.
