Supply Chain Program Manager (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Represent supply chain in New Product Introduction projects and product development core teams.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities across product development phases to meet launch dates.
• Develop schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution plans for product and program introductions.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams and ODM/CM partners to support predictable launches.
• Lead cross-functional teams, track deliverables, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Lead improvement initiatives and mentor less-experienced staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, supply chain, or an equivalent field.
• 8–10 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Experience with project and program planning tools and software.
• Experience managing programs, communicating with stakeholders, and directing matrixed teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, business acumen, team management, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English and the local language is required.

Nice to have

• PMP/PMI certification.
• Technical knowledge across multiple business units and awareness of emerging trends.
• In-depth understanding of Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver supply chain processes.
